2. Nature of the services
Lorvetania operates a digital platform for crowdfunding in the Belgian real estate sector. We connect project developers with investors and provide the technical, legal and administrative infrastructure. Lorvetania does not provide personal investment advice.
3. Risks
Investing in real estate projects via crowdfunding carries risks, including total or partial loss of invested capital, delays, illiquidity and market risk. Only invest money you can afford to lose and diversify your investments. Past returns are no guarantee of future performance.
4. Eligibility
The services are accessible to natural persons of legal age who are legally able to invest, as well as to legal entities established in the European Economic Area. In accordance with applicable regulations, Lorvetania may carry out additional suitability or knowledge tests.
5. Intellectual property
All content on lorvetania.com (texts, images, logo, code, project dossiers) is protected by copyright and related rights and belongs to Lorvetania BV or its partners. Reproduction or reuse without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
Lorvetania delivers its services with the diligence of a sound professional but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from market movements, third-party errors or events beyond its reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user for the transaction concerned.
7. Governing law and competent court
These terms are exclusively governed by Belgian law. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
8. Changes
Lorvetania reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed through the website. By continuing to use the services after publication of the updated terms, you accept the new version.
