Lorvetania BV (hereinafter 'we', 'us' or 'Lorvetania') is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, process and protect personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

2. What data do we collect?
We only process data you voluntarily provide through our forms (first name, email address) and certain technical data via cookies (IP address, browser type, language preference, pages visited). When opening an investment account, we may request statutory identification data as part of our KYC and AML obligations.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data (a) to send our newsletter and project information — based on your consent; (b) to secure and improve our website — based on our legitimate interest; (c) to comply with legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering legislation and EU Regulation 2020/1503 (ECSP).
4. Retention period
We keep your data only as long as necessary: newsletter data until you unsubscribe, technical logs for a maximum of 12 months, and legally required financial data for 10 years in accordance with Belgian accounting law.
5. Transfer to third parties
Your data is never sold. We only share it with trusted processors (email provider, hosting service, payment service provider) within the European Economic Area, under strict data processing agreements.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, regular audits) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
